159P Obesity and oral contraceptives reduce the preventive benefit of breastfeeding against breast cancer in Mexican women

Breast Cancer (BC) is the leading cause of dead in women over 25 years Mexico, there are reproductive risk factors associated with BC, these include obesity, menarche, number pregnancies, age at first childbirth, duration breastfeeding, use oral contraceptives (OC), menopause and hormonal therapy. Among factors, breastfeeding particularly interest for BC prevention. Breastfeeding Mexico has decreased dramatically last 20 OC have been on rise. The objective this study to identify whether protective factor against breast cancer affected by obesity use. We conducted a case-control aged 30-81 from Oncology Service, UANL Mexico. included 336 cases, controls (matched age). Information regarding was collected.
